NEW LaPtop

So here I am with my new laptop. oh what fun what fun. typing on tiny keyboards is so fun. Although nowdays when you order a laptop from dell...it comes with dell this...and dell that....and 30 day free subscription to this...and 90 days free to that....now if you use these, half the time after your 90 days is up, nothing happens...not visually at least. What REALLY happens is that they get your credit card from dell and start charging you for their services!!! dirty rotten bastards!!! ok just kidding, it might be true it might not, I have no concrete evidence they actually do this....but it wouldn't surprise me. Anyways, I'm gonna go play around on my laptop that just OWNED me already....you click one wrong button before unistalling all the useless crap they leave on it and now when it starts up i get the Dell Media Experience EVERY GOD DAM TIME. oh well...I'll fix it and then nuke it. Like I'm gonna do with all the other poo they wasted space installing on my machine.

On a positive note: Dell shipped my computer in 1 day. Fuck'n Amazing. I was hope'n to get it by friday before the weekend, but instead I got it the next day it said it was shipped. Big ups to Dell for that one. Ok gotta go play. PS Jeremie...I'm using that icon you made for me as my login icon. BooYA. ;)

right on brothas, way to get a kick ass machine, do you have a DVD burner? i still need to test mine out. too bad i got mine thru my "corporate buying program" so when i call for help it's a friggin nightmare. i tried it once and i don't think i'll ever do that again...i was transferred four times and put on hold for an hour before i gave up.

my right arrow button now sticks a bit. how i overused that, i have no clue. kinda pisses me off b/c i now think my machine is busted and inferior, so now i want a new one. just b/c one little key is ruining it for the rest of the kids.

i need to get a wireless router, can anyone recommend a sweet one?!? otherwise i'll just go pick something up from costco.

I got a DVD burner yes. Router....I think any wireless Linksys is decent. Maybe J-dog can help you more there though. I got no wireless, i gotta plug in. Maybe in my next place i'll go the wireless route. Oh wait...i got a wireless mouse...but that's not nearly as cool as wireless internet. But now that you mention it, last night i was connecting to my neighbors wireless network....i guess that's a plus in case i need it. hahahah....sucker! all your internet belong to me. ok, getting outta hand. PS. call dell and get them to give you a new keyboard/laptop. That shits unacceptable.

Excellent consumerism, buddy! I read an article on the Dell process once and how all the shit you order comes together in the truck and how the help desk people are East Indian convicts, but instead of stamping license plates they lock them in call centers with a big sign on the wall that says �have you tried restarting your computer yet?�
Seriously, I have heard other people speak of how Dell deliveries are so prompt. F*cking amazing, eh? I�m thinking psychic delivery drivers. You know, buzzing around town in a van with a bunch of different systems, waiting for the vibe and then. BAM! �Here�s the laptop you ordered sir.�
