Gone domestic

There has been a debate going with Becky and I for the last few years that I would like to share. Since we have been going back east for the holidays every year, we don't set up a tree... which means we miss basking in the magical glow of the Christmas tree until Christmas is just about over. However, if we buy a tree... we admit that we are adult, domesticated and old. We gave up on that whole thing this year and just did it... haven't found a decent star yet so here is a pic, sans star:

Very nice! You guys are so cute!

awww...and becky is in front of the tree with her cute little apple laptop. gosh, all your missing is the doggie at her feet and the fireplace glowing behind her and you'll be officially the perfect picture family. ;P

no but seriously, this looks like it could almost be an add in a magazine or something. It's ok that your old and domesticated in an urban jungle, you guys are still cute.

germie, there's a little black spot on the right side of the tree...in the mid region. may want to adjust the lights a bit. is it a real tree?!? i bet it smells delicious! bay windows and 10 foot ceilings are awesome.

i see becky is enjoying her sherpa sweater again. i think i shall wear mine tomorrow. yes, great idea.
