Well, brett pointed out a little nutrition facts site that made us think about calming down on the chipotle intake a bit. Especially since it is just about cancelling my workouts on the other days of the week. I hate knowing this... and what it doesn't say in the header is that it also had 4300 mother fucking milligrams of sodium. Lipsmeyer take note, these bitches are sodium BOMB's, as brett said so elegantly...
My burrito has 45g of fat, and
938 calories. How about yours?
Ouch! So much for thinking you were eating a bit healthier!

Posted by: loren at June 28, 2005 3:13 PMyea, mines up to 1100 calories....but im' not too concerned with those really, that's about an average or a once in a while above average meal if you ask me. that 45g's of fat and 4K's worth of sodium is what worries me. on the brighter side, you get about 63g's of protein...which is a big plus. but that's about the only big plus there is...that and it tastes delicious. once every other week it is. sometimes i wish i never had the urge to lookup that information, but i guess it's better this way. *sigh*
