I dunno, when I read this I was thinking maybe it was an announcement. Now I read your comments and I think, maybe not. But anyway, that was my first impression, and my first thought was, congrats! But now I'm unsure. Why must you leave me in the dark?

i was playing off the kid's expression. as in, pops just wanted a lil' bj, but instead got too drunk, forgot the glove and BAM here's jr. which means he had to stop living the dream; i.e. quit playing in the band, get hitched and raise a family. i'm imagining nicholas cage a la "raising arizona".

You have to admit, it could have been an announcement. It would have been a funny, Talbotesque way to make that announcement to boot. :)

Yeah, I made that joke with becky's mom about her being pregnant once... this was like last year (we have been married for 3 now). Guess what she did? Happy? no, she started choking me.
