(JUMP TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE FOR THE POINT OF THIS POST IF YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE LISTENING TO ME BABBLE)
Yesterday...aka Sunday, was a very productive/fun day I must say. I woke up. Went to breakfast at Squat and Gobble with some friends who were in town from LA for a wedding. Squat and Gobble used to be one of my fav. places for breakfast...but i hadn't been there for quite a long time and for some reason the quality went down a bit. I was pretty disappointed but whatever, maybe it was just a bad batch of egg's benny that i had. They really cleaned the place up so it's still a great breeefist spot when your in a pinch. So yea, did that, then went home and called Kelly who was bored so she came over and we called Jeremie to see what his plans were for the day and while he was 'booked' up for the day we continued to talk. During the conversation i heard a wince and Jeremie explained he just cut his finger with a very sharp knife...after that he explained that he was now free to hang out because his guitar lesson at 4 was not gonna happen due to his slicing of the digit. That made Kelly and I happy because we could then go pick him up and head over to home depot like we planned. The beach was also an option but we ended up passing on that. Anyways, we went to home depot and i got 3 nice new plants for my place, a new pot for one of the plants, and some swatches so i can figure out what colors to paint the walls of my apt. Once we did that we dropped J off at home and Kelly and I went back to my place to figure out what the next move was. We wanted to knock back a drink or two and get some food outside so we decided we'd call up Loren and walk down to Fillmore street and hit up the Grove...another great place to eat btw. So as we were heading out the door the gears in my head started turning....it looked kinda windy outside and i didnt' feel like walking all the way to the Fillmore (even though it's not a far walk). We had talked earlier in the day about how SF tricks you. You may be inside your place...looking out at the city and while it looks amazing and nice...you go outside and it's either cold...but sunny, or whatever. It's just decieving basically. So anyways i had the idea of making a salad at my place and just drinking some beers or something. So we made a quick decision to walk to trader joes and get some materials....we also didn't want to spend much money, or i should say...I didn't want to spend anymore money on eating out, as that's all i've done all weekend, so yea, we went back to trader joes and got some materials for a bomb salad and sangria (and I know buying materials costs money but it was way cheaper than what it would'a cost us going to the Grove). Once we got back Kelly and I made, and i'm not kidding....a killer salad. It was awesome, and it fed myself, loren, AND Kelly for $15 and got us buzzed to boot. (from the sangria of course). Anyways, Kelly, Loren, and I went through 3 bottles of wine/sangria and kelly passed out. Just about 30 min. before we got Jeremie to come over from his "24 party" he went to. We were all glad he made it. Back to the point here......
(now onto the real reason for this blog entry).
Someone...*cough* Loren *cough* started putting things on top of kelly while she was passed out (which is much nicer than drawing on her I must say so she should be pleased with that).....and I took pictures while we all laughed at her trying not to wake her. So I'll stop babbling and show you some pics....but it was a very fun sunday.....just thought i'd share....

congrats if you read this whole monstrosity or a post. I also didn't proof read...so my apologies.
The greatest part is that kelly doesn't know that we did this, and she won't unless she sees this blog entry. YEssss

Posted by: missy & becky at May 29, 2006 5:02 PMyes i know i know. but since i didn't proof read i figured i couldn't make a good guess on where a new paragraph should begin. Forgive me. I also though about stacking multiple things on her but i was taking pictures and kinda tipsy myself...and i think she woke up before i could get the suggestion out.

Brett: Well...
Office: Well? Well what!
Brett: Ahh. We didn't think to check for a pulse until after Mr. Potato Head.
But then we got right on it.
