Does this look like Art?

I don't know... apparently this might make me a better artist:

#pragma once

#include
#include
#include

const int STACK_SIZE = 100;

class Stack
{
public:
void init(); //initializes stack
void push(const int item); //pushes into stack
int pop(); //pops from stack

private:
int count;
int data[STACK_SIZE]
};

Oh my god it's blank

The blog is blank for the first time... this is lame. While we have busy lives we must all take a few minutes to give an update. I blame myself, things have been hectic. Here is a little slice of tal-life:

- Becky is sick, she has a bad cold and we postponed our sweet trip to carmel
- There is a bluegrass festival in SF this weekend we might go to
- I am listening to a metal playlist on my ipod right now
- Wednesday nights I have been taking a c++ class that is fucking difficult to understand. I am pissed because it conflicts with life drawing. What a crazy contrast that is.
- Tonight I am going to watch an action film on dvd called boondock saints and drink wine or beer while becky drinks cough syrup. Maybe play a bit of resident evil on the gamecube
- If you haven't seen it, check this Just download the quicktime and play it with sound You will smile and be happy
- I had pizza and beer for lunch. So good.
- I hid this guy Will's phone in the wall and started calling him today. It took him 20 minutes to find it, and he was drunk at the time so it was just awesome.
- Stone temple pilots just shuffled onto my ipod and I feel like I am back in high school.
- The chevy impala commercial I have been working on have started airing, check em out if you see em. Look for metal deer.
- Kurt and Liz are coming to visit in a few weeks. I am looking forward to that. We have to take them to Zeitgeist.

Burrito Day

Man I wish TODAY was burrito day! Why do burrito's have to be so unhealthy. Is it more unhealthy to get say 1-2 burritos a week and maybe not completely eat ALL of it, or to get one burrito every two weeks and inhale it like your tom hanks returning from his cast away island and your seeing your fav. burrito again? I wish we could eat them 4 days a week and not blow up like a balloon. *sigh* I think I love them. Tomorrow will be a good day.

Training

So ive started training physicaly to become a copper. I have neglected to post the news that I made it into an elite police program at my school in which i get a political science degree and a diploma in police foundations in 4 years, only 80 people got in this year, 30 last year, out of 1500. So thats sick.

Its great the way im doing it though, im goin all the way. ive split my training for the school year into two parts. The first 12 weeks im focusing mainly on endurance and cardio. Ive lost some weight but im still a fatass by 30 lbs. So, during this 12 week period i should be able, not only to lose at least 30 lbs. healthfuly but also form a muscle base for the second part of training. Im going to acheive a muscle base by walking up and down in weight and doing a superset (a set with very low weight following the highest weight to failure) with most excersizes. Also, at this point in my training i will focus less on isolation but more on compound excersizes using as much free weight as possable.

Part II of my training will be less oriented toward endurance but more toward muscle strength. Also, cardio will switch aswell focusing more on sprinting as per Police guidlines. Im planning to uses a 5x5 (5 sets x 5 reps @ max weight) training routine to do this. This part of my training will last into the summer months and increase with time. The beauty of the 5x5 is that everytime you can do more than 5 reps you increase the weight by 5 lbs. thereby promoting steady results. Well thats the plan anyways...

All and all i hope to be as ripped as arnold!

This is gonna be a bi7ch...

out.
Just-e.

The fire began in the presidential bathroom where both of the books were kept. Both have been lost.
A presidential spokesman said the President was devastated, as he had almost finished coloring the second one.

Gas Insanity

Yesterday in Atlanta was crazy. With the disaster on the Gulf Coast and rumors of gas prices reaching $4.00 - $5.00, it was total mahem at the pumps. There were also rumors of potential shortages. I gassed up in the morning and noticed the beginnings of desperation in the air. When I left the office at 5:00 pm, there were lines around the block at most gas stations. A couple took down the prices on the signs because prices were going up so fast. I also passed a number of stations that had already sold out of gas. I guess its just a taste of what they had to deal with in the 1970's. It will be interesting to see what happens over the next week or so. I started carpooling with a co-worker today.
